Half Marathon
The Horseneck Half will start and finish at beautiful DCR Horseneck Beach State Reservation. Horseneck Beach is consistently ranked among the top 5 beaches in all of New England and is located at the southern tip of Westport, MA. This scenic course will feature plenty of water views along with rolling farm lands and vineyards.
Half Marathon Course
The Horseneck Half will start and finish at beautiful DCR Horseneck Beach State Reservation
Runners will travel in a clockwise direction after leaving the start line at Horseneck State Beach following John Reed Road, Rt. 88, Drift Road, Hixbridge Road, Horseneck Road, East Beach Road, and West Beach Road.
The course had been measured using both GPS and Jones Counter (per USA Track and Field procedures).

There will be five water stops along the course at mile markers 2.5, 5.5, 8.3, 11.0, and 12.1.
3.5 M
The 3.5M route will also follow a clockwise route except that runners will turn to their right immediately upon leaving the parking lot. There will be no shortage of stunning ocean views during the second half of this course featuring a three sides water view from Gooseberry Island and a full mile along the ocean as you return to Horseneck Beach.
